Melting Equipment
We use state of the art, clean melting electric induction furnaces ranging in size from 1,000 lbs. – 4,000 lbs. This gives us the versatility to pour up to 16,000 lbs. of molten metal for larger castings. We can also melt various alloys of steel, iron, copper, and aluminum.
Heat Treating
We have facilities for Stress Relieving, Annealing, Normalizing, Quenching and Tempering. Our furnaces can accommodate large parts up to 11 ft wide x 7 ft deep x 6 ft tall. For specialized or over-size heat treatments, we can utilize our heat treating partners to accommodate specific requests.
Pattern Making
The company maintains a pattern shop for repairing and rigging patterns and core boxes. We partner with full service pattern shops to provide complete patterns using various materials including hardwoods, urethane, aluminum, and high density foam.Molding Systems
Our molding system primarily uses no-bake resin sand molds and cores. The benefits of this system include.
